• Holds at least 1 community service event each month,
• Hosts annual fundraisers that enable us to donate over $20,000 to local and international projects
• Has outstanding programs each week educating us about our community, local businesses, Rotary service projects and more
• Sponsors community leaders in exchange programs with other countries
• Sponsors the Rio Americano Interact Club and Rotary Youth Leadership camp for students
• Has fun!!

Our club is made up of men and women ranging from age 30+ on up. We were chartered in 1994, spun off from the Rotary Club of East Sacramento, to provide Sacramento with a breakfast club. You may be thinking, “Why would anyone join at club that meets at 7:15 a.m. every Tuesday?” The answer is simple: We are proud to be Rotarians and we enjoy community service. We have a camaraderie that is contagious. You will see - we begin our day laughing and we learn about programs, events and people that make Sacramento a great place to live. What a great way to start a day. Plus, you don’t have to worry about the day’s events preventing you from getting to a Rotary lunch or dinner meeting.
